MY ROLE

My first job at Google (New York City, 2015) was in DoubleClick, an advertising platform designed for savvy users who rely heavily on online advertising for the success of their business. Specifically, I was the design lead for audience targeting and reporting, finding ways to make sense of the enormous amount of data at hand and showing the users what they need to see at the right time. For this job, I had to design multiple data visualizations to populate dashboards that help users quickly understand how their campaign is performing and, where necessary, make quick in-flight adjustments.

EXAMPLES OF DATA VIZ I DESIGNED

Performance card

Show users how they are spending their budget overtime, and make adjustments if needed.

Performance card
Show users how their campaign is performing against a goal that they can set.

Impressions lost card
Show users how many auctions they lost and the reasons why.

Reach card
Show users a demo breakdown of the audience they are reaching with their campaigns.

Inline charts
Designed the DoubleClick pattern for inline charts in tables.
